Organically grown Chardonnay from the Minnes vineyard in Sonoma Mountain. These are metavolcanic gravelly loam soils. Crisp and precise with aromatics of lemon-tangerine citrus, pear, and very subtle baking spice. Fermented with native yeast in neutral oak with 16% new French and aged 10 months on the lees. No ameliorations, filtration or added sulfites. 12.5% ABV. Keep cool.
